Are you looking for something fun to do this Saturday evening? Christmas season is here, and Smith Memorial Playground is hosting a Winter Wonderland, with gingerbread house making, hot chocolate and lots of other fun holiday things. It's only $10.00 for non members (members are free). 4-6:00 pm.
          PECO presents Winter Wonderland at Smith Saturday, December 13  |  4pm - 6pm
     
    It’s the holiday season and time for merriment and play when Smith Memorial Playground & Playhouse hosts Winter Wonderland presented by PECO on Saturday, December 13th, 4-6pm. Kids 10 and younger and their caregivers are invited to celebrate the holidays with an array of opportunities for seasonal fun. There will be music performances by Jr. Music Executive, a musical instrument petting zoo from Settlement Music School, an ice sculpture demonstration, and kids will make greeting cards and gingerbread houses while sipping drinks from
    the hot cocoa bar.
     
    This event is free for Smith members, $10 per child for non-members.

    The Joshua Tree is committed to teaching children, 12 entering Kindergarten, through music, art, and dramatic play. An enriching arts curriculum encourages children to CREATE, PERFORM, and RESPOND to the arts, and helps them to reason and understand the world around them.  Arts-based learning also develops self discipline, creativity, and confidence that will help children to succeed in school and life.
